What’s Included in Our Exhibits
Retractable Banners: 7–11 high-quality vinyl banners per exhibit.
Portable and Lightweight: Easy to set up, reposition, and store.
Self-Guided Viewing: No additional staff required, with optional docent training available.
Accessible Formats: Audio versions available upon request.
Pricing: We use a sliding scale based on organization type and size in order to support access.
Rental Period: The rental period will be confirmed upon booking.
Conferences or festivals: 3 days on display + 6 days allowance for roundtrip shipping.
Educational, religious, government, and for-profit: 3 weeks on display + 1 week allowance for roundtrip shipping.
Deposit: Bookings are confirmed when host venues return signed booking agreements and secure the rental with a 50% deposit.

Details at a Glance:
Space Required: 3 linear feet per banner.
Weight: 6 lbs per banner, 18 lbs shipping container.
Setup Time: 30 minutes with careful assembly.
Environment Requirements: Secure, climate-controlled indoor space preferred. Covered outdoor spaces allowed with prior planning.
Host Responsibilities:
Follow provided care instructions to minimize risks.
Ensure banners are kept secure and undamaged. (Note: Tearing of banners is considered a total loss.)
Maintain adequate property insurance during shipping and the rental period.
Shipping Method: Exhibit are transported in a hard-sided polyethylene case with latches and wheels. This container weighs 18 lbs.
Shipping estimates are given for USPS ground. Other parcel services are acceptable.
Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required at booking, with the remaining balance due two weeks before delivery.
Payment methods include check or electronic payment.
Add-On Option: Docent training available for hosts seeking guided viewing experiences.
