Concept
Change does not happen in the abstract—it is driven by individuals who decide to act. This installation connects historical activism to present-day participation, asking visitors to reflect on their role in shaping LGBTQ+ futures.

Part 1: A Drop in the Bucket
Visitors encounter biographical panels paired with YES/NO propositions
They “vote” by placing tokens into labeled containers
The accumulating tokens create a visible, collective response
Part 2: Cards on the Table
Participants take a card
On one side, they name an issue that matters to them
On the other, they propose a solution or action
Cards are collected and displayed

Participants move from reflection → decision → contribution.
The installation makes visible how individual perspectives aggregate into collective insight, while reinforcing a key idea: personal conviction is the starting point of social change.
